Referrals can be made via fax or by referral letter by a medical specialist.

All referrals require a recent set of WEIGHTBEARING X-rays of the foot or ankle or both (depending on the complaint).

Once the referral is triaged by Dr. Roberts, you will receive confirmation of acceptance.  Initial consults will be offered in-person or virtually depending on the issue in an attempt to expedite access to care when possible.
